Climbing little skill and daily exercise Suggestions



Rock climbing is a comprehensive quality of sports exercise, not only can achieve amazing feats of strength, courage, had very good flesibility, more can improve stamina and judgement.

Daily exercise suggestion: pull-ups can increase throwing arm and finger strength, Skip rope can exercise flexibility coordination, Table tennis and chess in cultivating judgment wholesom; Swimming can exercise cardiovascular function, strengthen body strength and endurance.
