Playing basketball to have excellent athletic ability

Basketball is the speed, flexibility, power, people should focus through the full sprint exercise, bouncing exercise and abdominal core strength training to stimulate their maximum potential. Want excellent basketball skills, to train excellent athletic ability: bounce, strength, flexibility and so on.
In basketball the most important jumping ability
Jump ( practice jumping ability, strong leg muscles ):
