The so-called diversity reception, refers to the receiving end of it received multiple fading characteristics are independent of each other ( carrying the same information ) of the signal is processed specially, in order to reduce the signal level fluctuation method.

Macro diversity: a reduced slow fading effects of diversity technology.
Differential set: a reduced fast fading effects of diversity technology. It can be divided into: field component diversity, time diversity, polarization diversity, space diversity, diversity, frequency diversity.

Selection combination
Equal gain combining
